We are a family from Calgary, Canada who lived in Los Alcarrizos, Dominican Republic as missionaries for 8 months and are now back in Canada sharing God's love.
We are a family who lived in Los Alcarrizos, Dominican Republic. This city is a slum area very close to the capital, Santo Domingo. The people are poor, but very proud and we were proud to be there for almost a year serving our God and the people of Los Alcarrizos. We now are so happy to be back in Canada with the rest of our children and church family and to know that we can go back anytime we can and be with our family in the DR!!! We are currently working and raising our family!
When ever I go to the school in the afternoon and the kids are out on a break I have to brace myself for the onslaught of children running for a hug! It's a rough job, but somebodys got to do it!!
